Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in billing and/or collections preferred.
• Customer service experience beneficial.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Gathers contract information and updates detention parameters in profiles.
• Creates invoices for detention following company procedures.
• Collaboration with Customer Service and Fleet Operations to adjust accounts as needed.
• Provides reports and key metrics; communicates weekly and monthly billing results.
• Ensures detention rates are loaded in the system per contracts and reviews invoices for accuracy.
• Assists internal and external customers with detention invoice questions.
