Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in specialty or related field.
• Experience in the transportation industry a plus.
• AS400 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily performance of drivers to ensure policy and DOT compliance.
• Manage driver capacity, PTA’s, turnover and on-time service.
• Approve home time requests and liaise with Load Planning.
• Input load and driver information into the system accurately.
• Promote safe operations and ensure hours of service compliance.
• Provide load details, directions and delivery times to drivers.
