Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2+ years in a detailing management role within engineering.
• Experience managing detailing schedules and controlling models.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving with strategic and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Job Details: We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Detailing Manager to join our dynamic engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for managing all detailing activities and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities:

1. 1. Develop and implement detailing schedules in coordination with project managers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

3. 3. Proven experience managing detailing schedules and controlling models for projects.
4. 4. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, methods, and techniques.
5. 5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate others.
6. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to think strategically and analytically.
7. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
8. 8. Proficiency in relevant software, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other CAD software.
9. 9. PMP or other project management certification is considered a plus.
