Job summary

Great American RV SuperStores is seeking an energetic RV Detailer to wash, wax, and polish exterior surfaces of RVs and thoroughly clean interiors. The role involves inspecting units, advising customers on care, and maintaining a safe, organized work area in a high-volume dealership environment.

You will work outdoors, climb ladders, and move between large units throughout the day, earning $15 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package and Sunday off each week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior detailing experience in RVs, marine, or heavy equipment preferred.
• Willingness to work outdoors and move between large units throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Wash, wax, and polish exterior surfaces of RVs, including the body, windows, and tires.
• Remove dirt, grime, and debris to enhance the vehicle's appearance.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize the interior of RVs, including upholstery, carpets, kitchens, bathrooms, and all compartments.
• Conduct rigorous final inspections on all motorhomes and towables, ensuring they meet the high standards our customers expect.
• Interact with customers regarding their needs and preferences, providing expert recommendations on the care of their RVs.
• Maintain an organized workspace and equipment area to ensure efficiency and safety during cleaning processes.

What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experiencedetailing (RV, Marine, or Heavy Equipment preferred).
• Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and products specifically for RVs is highly desired but not required.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Knowledge of buffing, oxidation removal, and interior restorative cleaning.
• Comfort working outdoors, climbing ladders to inspect roofs, and moving between large units throughout the day.
