Job summary

Great American RV is seeking a dependable Lead Detailer to join our busy service department in Grand Bay, AL. You will manage a team, ensure every unit is 'Front-Line Ready' and delivered on schedule, and perform rigorous inspections on motorhomes and towables.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of RV, marine, or heavy equipment detailing experience.

• Experience with buffing, oxidation removal, and interior cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily workflow for a team of detailers to ensure "Front-Line Ready" and customer delivery units are completed on schedule.
• Conduct rigorous final inspections on all motorhomes and towables, ensuring they meet the high standards our customers expect.
• Monitor supply levels (soaps, waxes, equipment) and to ensure the department remains efficient.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of detailing experience (RV, Marine, or Heavy Equipment preferred).
• The ability to stay organized and keep a team motivated in a high-volume, fast-moving dealership environment.
• Knowledge of buffing, oxidation removal, and interior restorative cleaning.
• Comfort working outdoors, climbing ladders to inspect roofs, and moving between large units throughout the day.
