Job summary

Great American RV is seeking a high-energy RV Detailer to prep dream-ready vehicles for our customers. You will wash, wax, and polish exterior surfaces, thoroughly clean interiors, and perform rigorous inspections to ensure top quality.

Customer interactions help tailor care recommendations, while maintaining organization and safety on a fast-paced team. The role requires a high school diploma, RV detailing experience (preferred), and comfort working outdoors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior detailing experience (RV, Marine, or Heavy Equipment preferred).
• Knowledge of RV-specific cleaning techniques and products is a plus.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
• Knowledge of buffing, oxidation removal, and interior restoration cleaning.
• Able to work outdoors, climb ladders to inspect roofs, and move between large units all day.

Responsibilities

• Wash, wax, and polish exterior surfaces of RVs (body, windows, tires).
• Clean and sanitize interiors (upholstery, carpets, kitchens, bathrooms, compartments).
• Perform final inspections to meet high customer standards.
• Interact with customers to understand needs and provide care recommendations.
• Maintain organized workspace and equipment area for efficiency and safety.

Summary:

We’re looking for a high-energyRV Detailer. As a high-volume regional leader, we don't just wash RVs; we prep dreams for the open road. If you have a passion for perfection, are a natural leader in a fast-paced environment, and have a "lead-by-example" work ethic, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

• Wash, wax, and polish the exterior surfaces of RVs, including the body, windows, and tires. Remove dirt, grime, and any debris to enhance the vehicle's appearance.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize the interior of RVs, including upholstery, carpets, kitchens, bathrooms, and all compartments.
• Conduct rigorous final inspections on all motorhomes and towables, ensuring they meet the high standards our customers expect.
• Interact with customers regarding their needs and preferences, providing expert recommendations on the care of their RVs.
• Maintain an organized workspace and equipment area to ensure efficiency and safety during cleaning processes.

What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experiencedetailing (RV, Marine, or Heavy Equipment preferred).
• Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and products specifically for RVs is highly desired but not required.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
