Great American RV SuperStores is seeking a high-energy RV Detailer to prep and maintain a large volume of RVs. You’ll wash, wax, and polish exteriors, clean interiors, and perform final inspections to ensure showroom-quality results.

You’ll interact with customers to discuss needs and recommend care solutions, all while keeping a tidy, safe work area. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior detailing experience (RV, marine, or heavy equipment preferred).

Responsibilities

• Wash, wax, and polish exterior surfaces of RVs, including body, windows, and tires.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize interior of RVs, including upholstery, carpets, kitchens, bathrooms, and compartments.
• Conduct rigorous final inspections on motorhomes and towables to meet high customer standards.
• Interact with customers to understand needs and provide expert care recommendations.
• Maintain organized workspace and equipment area for efficiency and safety.

Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Wash, wax, and polish the exterior surfaces of RVs, including the body, windows, and tires. Remove dirt, grime, and any debris to enhance the vehicle's appearance.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize the interior of RVs, including upholstery, carpets, kitchens, bathrooms, and all compartments.
• Conduct rigorous final inspections on all motorhomes and towables, ensuring they meet the high standards our customers expect.
• Interact with customers regarding their needs and preferences, providing expert recommendations on the care of their RVs.
• Maintain an organized workspace and equipment area to ensure efficiency and safety during cleaning processes.

What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experiencedetailing (RV, Marine, or Heavy Equipment preferred).
• Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and products specifically for RVs is highly desired but not required.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Knowledge of buffing, oxidation removal, and interior restorative cleaning.
• Comfort working outdoors, climbing ladders to inspect roofs, and moving between large units throughout the day.
