Tallgrass Title seeks an organized Title Examiner for our Manhattan, KS office. You will search historical and current records with county offices to determine ownership, liens, and encumbrances to issue clear title when possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certification in office administration is a plus.
• Title producer license preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organizational skills to maintain records and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Search public records with county offices where the subject property is located.
• Travel to counties to perform on-site searches of county records as needed.
• Relay information clearly and accurately with team members.
• Assist in reviewing others' work to ensure accurate and timely reports.
