Job summary

Bankers Title Agency of Nebraska is seeking a Title Examiner to join our Omaha team. This in-office role reviews title searches and underwrites title commitments to support real estate transactions.

You will work with clients, lenders, and attorneys, maintaining accurate title records and coordinating closings to ensure timely processing.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of title examination/underwriting experience, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Title Examination/Underwriting.
• Understanding of real estate transactions, title searches, and title insurance processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review title searches and underwrite title commitments, policies, and endorsements in accordance with company guidelines.
• Provide professional support to clients, lenders, attorneys, and internal team members
• Respond to questions regarding file status, title insurance products, and rate information.
• Open, track, and manage title orders throughout the production process.
• Coordinate closings and communicate with all parties to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.
• Maintain vendor, lender, and file records to support efficient workflow management.
• Monitor turnaround times and maintain organized title records and back-title files.
• Meet established production, quality, and service standards.
