Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in corporate accounting or a public accounting firm preferred.
• C.P.A. is a plus (certifications not required).

Aufgaben

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepayments and adjusting entries.
• Perform detailed balance sheet and bank reconciliations monthly.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements for management review.
• Review and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions processed by clerks.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with vendor payment processing.
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
• Ensure all financial controls, policies and procedures adhere to applicable laws.
• Combine documentation and prepare tax filings for external audit.
