Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 1–2 years of accrual-based accounting experience (AR, journal entries, month-end close, bank reconciliations).
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to interact across levels.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects.
• High attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable tasks, including invoicing, applying manual payments, aging reports, and reconciliations.
• Record routine journal entries and bank transactions.
• Enter accounts payable bills and credit card transactions as needed.
• Perform month-end closings and account reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
• Conduct bank reconciliations.
• Collaborate with and support other team members as needed.
