Job summary

Marino\WARE is seeking a Senior Accountant in New Jersey to join our finance team. You will apply accounting principles to analyze financial information and implement AP/AR procedures in line with GAAP and internal controls.

You will help meet tight deadlines and provide timely financial reporting to support company goals. Key duties include general ledger analysis, month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliation tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or economics.
• A few years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems, Infor Syteline preferred.

Responsibilities

• General ledger analysis – Asset & Liability.
• Prepare and analyze financial information and journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Month-end close and variance analysis.
• Assist with audits and financial reporting.
