Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepayments and adjusting entries.
• Perform detailed balance sheet and bank reconciliations monthly.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements for management review.
• Review and oversee AP and AR transactions processed by clerks
• Monitor cash flow and assist with vendor payment processing.
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
• Ensure financial controls, policies and procedures comply with laws.
• Prepare tax filings for external audit.
