Job summary

Sonepar USA is hiring a Warehouse Associate-Receiving in Aurora, CO. The role involves picking, packing, and preparing shipments, inspecting goods, and coordinating with multiple departments to maintain accurate stock levels.

You'll use receiving software and ERP systems, contribute to inventory control, and support a safe, efficient warehouse environment. Forklift certification is advantageous; ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
• Experience using receiving software and ERP systems is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Familiarity with inventory/ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack and prepare outings per customer orders.
• Shipping coordination: create labels and documents for shipments.
• Inspection: check incoming goods for defects and discrepancies.
• Inventory management: update systems and ensure proper labeling.
• Documentation: maintain receiving logs and records for inventory.
• Equipment use: operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Coordination: support receiving, shipping, inventory, and QC operations.
• Stock organization: keep receiving area clean and organized.
• Returns: process returned items and coordinate replacements or credits.
• Other duties as assigned.
