Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments; schedule dock appointments and verify receiving documents.
• Prepare receiving paperwork and close POs in the warehouse management system.
• Print pick tickets, obtain freight rates, process bills of lading, and call carriers.
• Coordinate inter-branch shuttles and vendor pickups.
• Print stock/status reports and handle returns.
• Assist customers, drivers, and warehouse staff with inquiries.
