Qualifications

• Language Skills: read and comprehend instructions, communicate verbally and in writing.
• Mathematical Skills: add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement; compute rate, ratio, percent.
• Reasoning Ability: apply common sense to detailed instructions; handle concrete variables in standard situations.
• Computer Skills: read work instructions, record data, use email.

Responsibilities

• Executes tasks in ERP system for finished goods movements.
• Monitors all dock door activity.
• Manual labor to include loading/unloading trucks either by forklift or by hand as necessary.
• Maintains inventory records accordingly.
• Identifies and distributes priority loads to production floor.
• Manages shipping of customer orders and tracks status; coordinates with production.
• Prepares and tracks internal shipping documents and escalates issues to leadership.
• Participates in problem-solving sessions for material handling or shipping.
• Communicates operational issues to leadership; identifies root causes.
• Operates company vehicle safely and professionally.
