Advancia Technologies LLC seeks a Material Handler to safely move, store, and distribute materials in a warehouse/records storage environment. You will handle loading, palletizing, shrink wrapping, and basic data entry using handheld devices.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and stamina for a labor-intensive setting. Shifts 6:00–2:30 or 9:30–6:00 in Spanish Lake, MO, open 6:00am–6:00pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of work experience.
• Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts (weights/measurements).
• Ability to communicate and work in a team environment.
• Valid State Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to meet security badge requirements.

Responsibilities

• Locate containers/folders on shelving using pull lists or reports; access up to 15' high with ladder.
• Remove containers, verify pull lists, log discrepancies and deliver documentation.
• Place containers on streamliners, ensure correct orientation and visible IDs.
• Move records to disposal/review area and palletize/dispose as required.
• Retrieve batched requests, sign out batches, and log processing times.
• Retrieve files, prep for scanning, and verify image clarity for digitization.
