Job summary

Advancia Technologies LLC in Valmeyer, IL, is seeking a Material Handler to safely move, store, and distribute materials in our warehouse/records environment. You will follow procedures for inventory, boxing, palletizing, and disposal of non-disposable records, while maintaining accuracy and security.

This role requires basic math, reliable teamwork, ability to lift 30–50 pounds, and a valid state driver’s license. Shifts run 6:00–2:30 and 8:00–4:30, with pay base $16.96 plus $5.09 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of work experience.
• Basic mathematical concepts including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to communicate and work in a team environment.
• Ability to meet security requirements for a badge.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds and work in a labor-intensive environment.

Responsibilities

• Locate containers or folders on shelving and verify pull lists for accuracy.
• Move records to designated disposal or storage areas and palletize as needed.
• Retrieve and process batched requests and sign out batches in logs.
• Prepare documents for scanning and ensure proper order and labeling.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment and assist with data entry in spreadsheets.
• Perform general warehouse labor and records management duties as assigned.
