Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of work experience.
• Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts and measurements.
• Ability to communicate and work in a team environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain accuracy with very low error rate.
• Read, write and communicate in English.
• Valid State Driver’s License.
• Security badge requirements may apply.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Locate containers or folders on shelving using pull lists or reports.
• Remove containers, verify items, and report discrepancies.
• Place containers on streamliners with correct orientation and IDs visible.
• Move records to the Designated Disposal Review Area.
• Palletize and shrink wrap containers for disposal records.
• Transport records to assigned locations and verify manifests.
• Retrieve batched requests and log processing times.
• Audit folders and manage data entry tasks.
• Prepare documents for scanning and verify image quality.
• Use handheld devices for basic data entry and daily totals.
• Perform additional general warehouse labor and records tasks.
