Advancia Technologies LLC in Colorado seeks a Material Handler to safely move, store, and distribute materials in a warehouse/records area. You will locate containers, pull files, shrink wrap, and perform basic data entry while maintaining accuracy and complying with safety guidelines.

The role involves heavy lifting (30–50 lb), ladder work, and frequent inventory/records management tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of work experience.
• Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing) and measurement.
• Ability to communicate and work in a team environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain accuracy with <1% error rate.
• Strong attention to detail.
• English Proficiency for speaking and writing.
• Valid State Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass security checks and background checks.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and employment background check.
• Ability to pass a fit-for-duty test.
• Ability to perform in a labor-intensive environment.

Responsibilities

• Locate containers or folders on shelving using pull lists.
• Remove containers, verify accuracy, report discrepancies.
• Place containers on streamliners with visible IDs.
• Move records to Disposal Review Area.
• Palletize disposable records and shrink wrap.
• Verify space, load, transport records; shelve non-disposables.
• Retrieve batched requests and log processing times.
• Audit folders and fulfill references; sign batches.
• Prepare documents for scanning and verify image quality.
• Perform basic data entry in spreadsheets; assist with box lists.
• Other warehouse, records, or admin duties as assigned.
