Job summary

The Plymouth Rock Assurance Corporation is seeking a PIP Paralegal to support the IA House Counsel team in Forthright PIP arbitrations, located in Woodbridge Township, NJ. This role requires keen attention to detail and the ability to manage a very high volume of cases while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities include preparing arbitration submissions and handling special projects with minimal supervision, leveraging strong interpersonal and typing skills and proficient Microsoft Office use.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate preferred but not required with requisite experience.
• Relevant PIP legal experience and knowledge of NJ Forthright.
• Must be competent with basic Microsoft operating systems and programs.
• Must have strong interpersonal, typing, computer and phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Primarily prepare PIP arbitration submissions, but may include the preparation of Action Plans.
• Perform the above duties with minimal supervision.
• Handle special projects as they arise.
