Qualifications

  • The candidate should have a paralegal certificate preferred but not required with requisite experience.
  • Candidate must have PIP-related legal experience and knowledge of NJ Forthright.
  • Experience with NY AAA is helpful but not required.
  • Candidate must be competent with basic Microsoft operating systems and programs.
  • Strong interpersonal, typing, computer and phone skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and upload PIP arbitration submissions.
  • Assist with requests for arbitration adjournments and consolidations.
  • Address inquiries from claims.
  • Utilize the case management system for document management, data entry and diary management.
  • Perform duties with minimal supervision.
  • Handle special projects and foster teamwork within the team.
