Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.

• Ability to operate a scanner and other office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, open, and distribute USPS mail daily to the appropriate department.
• Sort medical bills and documentation by type and guidelines.
• Identify requests for reconsideration and scan into OnBase.
• Prepare batches and assign carrier and system numbers.
• Scan bills and documentation using OnBase.
• Review incoming requests via Provider Portal and handle accordingly.
• Perform additional support for Data Entry, Claims, CMB, Pending, Professional Review, UR.
