EastRise Credit Union is seeking an organized Deposit Operations Associate II to perform a broad range of duties supporting deposit accounts in a fast-paced environment. You will handle check processing, ACH activities, wire processing, and high-level member interactions while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

The role emphasizes independent work, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal errors. Training and a collaborative team culture are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience handling deposit operations or similar back-office tasks.
• Strong ability to follow rules/regulations and maintain data integrity.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform check processing including RDC review, file processing, exceptions and dishonored checks.
• Handle ACH processing including daily files, origination setup, disputes and research.
• Provide telephone, Teams, and email support to members and internal teams.
• Resolve deceased member relationships with estates and related parties.
• Support IRA review, transfers, and disbursements with quality control.
• Conduct deposit account integrity reviews and fiduciary relationship checks.
• Process wires and handle miscellaneous tasks to support the team.
• Comply with BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC and other regulations.
