RISE is seeking a dependable Housekeeper / Groundskeeper for our residential community. This hands-on role combines interior cleaning with exterior grounds care to create a welcoming environment for residents, prospects, and guests.

You will work on-site, maintaining common areas, restrooms, hallways, breezeways, and outdoor spaces, while supporting move-ins, tours, and events. Attention to detail and safety are essential to success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain community common areas and club spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and remove trash as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of model units, vacant apartments, and tour routes.
• Walk the grounds to keep exterior spaces free of litter and debris.
• Restock supplies for housekeeping and resident amenities.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs and community events as needed.
• Identify and report maintenance and safety concerns promptly.
