Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to manage daily responsibilities with limited supervision.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain community common areas, including leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, hallways and breezeways.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize and remove trash as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of model units, vacant apartments, and tour routes.
• Walk grounds to remove litter and debris and ensure exterior spaces look their best.
• Restock housekeeping and resident amenity supplies.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs and community events preparation.
