Responsibilities

• Common Areas: thoroughly clean shared spaces, restock supplies, and assist with grounds tasks.
• Vacant Apartments: prepare units for move-ins including cleaning appliances, cabinets, kitchens, and bathrooms.
• Operational Support: assist leasing office tasks as needed and help at other Princeton properties.
• Compliance & Reporting: identify maintenance issues and follow safety guidelines.
• Core Competencies: communicate professionally with contractors, vendors, and residents; provide customer service.
