Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain all necessary documentation promptly and ensure loans are accurate and compliant.
• Pull credit reports, handle insurance requests, title work, and create new customer profiles in the system.
• Review loan documents for closings, prepare disbursements, checklists, and imaging loan packets.
• Provide Lending Officers with regular updates on loan status and customer needs.
