Job summary

BancFirst is seeking a Commercial Loan Documentation Processor in Collinsville, OK to produce commercial loan documents and assist with closing processes. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work under deadlines.

You will collaborate with Loan Edit staff, support the Bank President and Commercial Lenders, and help customers while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Horizon loan system.
• Knowledge of AccuAccount scanning system.
• Knowledge of daily loan operations.
• General understanding of BancFirst products and services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications.
• Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Produce commercial loan documents using Laser Pro.
• Prepare loan closing documents for approved commercial loans.
• Work closely with Loan Edit staff to ensure documents are accurate and timely.
• Assist Bank President and Commercial Lenders as needed.
• Assist customers.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and BancFirst policies and procedures.
