Duties include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.

You will collaborate with the Property Manager to prepare vacant units for rent, empty trash, keep laundry rooms clean, and promptly notify maintenance of any issues.

Qualifications

• Daily cleaning and sanitizing of leasing offices, clubs, kitchens, model units, hallways, and common areas.
• Work with the Property Manager to clean vacant units.
• Picks up and empties trash in leasing offices and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize common area laundry rooms as needed.
• Notifies maintenance if something is not working properly.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of leasing offices, clubhouses, and common areas.
• Prepare vacant units for rent with the Property Manager.
• Empty trash in offices and common areas.
• Sanitize laundry rooms in common areas.
