Colonial American Development Corporation in Saint Clairsville, Ohio is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to perform daily cleaning of a multi-family apartment community, including offices, resident amenities, vacant units, and common areas. Duties include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.

You will collaborate with the Property Manager to prepare vacant units for rent, empty trash, keep laundry rooms clean, and promptly notify maintenance of any issues.

Qualifications

• Daily cleaning and sanitizing of leasing offices, clubs, kitchens, model units, hallways, and common areas.
• Work with the Property Manager to clean vacant units.
• Picks up and empties trash in leasing offices and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize common area laundry rooms as needed.
• Notifies maintenance if something is not working properly.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
