Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of accounting and bookkeeping.
• Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) is preferred.
• Comfortable maintaining accurate financial records and supporting routine accounting tasks.
• Willing to grow accounting knowledge and take on increased responsibility over time.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, match to POs, and assist with vendor payments.
• Record customer invoices, apply payments, and monitor AR balances.
• Assist with general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Maintain organized accounting records and respond to inquiries.
• Provide limited administrative support to the accounting team.
