Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 1–3 years of bookkeeping, AP/AR, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and prepare payments; maintain vendor records.
• Assist with customer invoicing, posting payments, and AR aging reporting.
• Perform routine bookkeeping and maintain general ledger information.
• Support month-end/year-end closing and internal controls.
