Greenfield Milling is seeking an organized Accounting Data Entry Specialist to support the accounting team with accounts payable, grain ticket entry, and daily recordkeeping. You will help keep financial records accurate, orderly, and up to date, while handling confidential information with discretion.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in data entry (AP preferred), and solid Excel/accounting software skills. This is a full-time, on-site position in Denver, CO.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years+ in data entry experience; accounting or AP experience preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills and experience with accounting software.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge with the ability to spot errors.
• Highly organized, accurate, and able to meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Process accounts payable: enter vendor invoices, match POs/receipts, and prepare payments.
• Enter and verify wheat/grain scale tickets and related settlement data.
• Enter other transactions from receipts, bank statements, and source documents.
• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and code entries correctly.
• Assist with bank and AP/AR reconciliations.
• Prepare reports such as transaction summaries and AP/AR aging reports.
• Maintain organized digital and paper files.
• Respond to routine document requests from accountants, auditors, and other departments.
• Handle confidential financial information with discretion.
