Job description

This position consists of inputting data into our software system and spreadsheets. You will work closely with management and our accounting team members to ensure all accounts payable items flow smoothly and efficiently in accounting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data prior to entry

Enter accounts payable transactions quickly and accurately into Sage CRE 300

Compare data with source documents and reconcile batch balances

Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Basic Excel formula proficiency is preferred
• Good communication, both written and verbally
• Highly organized
