Responsibilities

• Process, review, and enter invoices, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and other financial records as assigned.
• Verify invoices, expense reports, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in accounting records and vendor statements.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical accounting files.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and supporting schedules for management review.
• Communicate with dealership locations, vendors, and internal departments regarding accounting questions and discrepancies.
• Assist with data entry, account balancing, and other routine accounting tasks.
