Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open, review, and process incoming title mail, filing documents.
• Research stock numbers by matching VINs in the dealership system.
• Pull and match titles with completed sales deals for processing.
• Organize deals awaiting title processing in internal tracking system.
• Enter customer, lienholder, and ownership info on titles.
• Maintain organized filing systems for title documents and records.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of documentation before submission.
• Support Title Department with administrative duties and record maintenance.
• Assist with document retrieval, scanning, and copying.
• Communicate professionally with internal departments regarding status updates.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
