Jeff Wyler Automotive Family is seeking a Title Administration Specialist in Milford, OH to ensure accurate, timely title processing and compliant ownership documentation. You will support the Title Department with filing, data entry, and document verification in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information while coordinating with internal teams to complete title transfers and registrations accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Administrative, clerical, or office experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Open, review, and process incoming title mail, filing documents.
• Research stock numbers by matching VINs in the dealership system.
• Pull and match titles with completed sales deals for processing.
• Organize deals awaiting title processing in internal tracking system.
• Enter customer, lienholder, and ownership info on titles.
• Maintain organized filing systems for title documents and records.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of documentation before submission.
• Support Title Department with administrative duties and record maintenance.
• Assist with document retrieval, scanning, and copying.
• Communicate professionally with internal departments regarding status updates.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
