Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
• Review invoices for proper documentation, coding, approvals, and accuracy.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and process vendor payments per schedules and policies.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Assist with month-end close and reconciliation tasks.
