Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with QuickBooks journal entries as needed.
• Review AR aging and perform collections emails and calls.
• Review customer statements and ensure AP is up to date.
• Manage vendor bill-pay including invoice approval levels and expense categorization.
• Data entry on Company ERP software.
• Help manage vehicle registrations.
• Perform other duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
