The ideal candidate has payroll or bookkeeping experience, proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook, and strong attention to detail. Degree in accounting is preferred but not required; adaptability is valued in a manufacturing

• Experience in payroll, accounting, or bookkeeping.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Organized, accurate, self-directed, and able to adjust when priorities change.
• Strong communication skills when working with coworkers, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and support employee benefit enrollment and related paperwork.
• Process vendor invoices and record payments and automatic drafts.
• Reconcile bank accounts and help tie out balances during month-end close.
• Create purchase orders, coordinate resin deliveries, and receive inventory.
• Run production and inventory scans and daily system reports.
• Back up accounts receivable by invoicing and customer account questions.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and other reports as requested.
• Handle payroll, accounting, and employee information confidentially.
