PlayCore Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support the Accounting Department with month-end close, project costing, A/R, A/P, banking, reconciliations, and reporting.

This role requires an organized, detail-oriented, dependable professional committed to accuracy. You will juggle multiple accounting processes and deadlines while communicating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure precise financial records.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Accounting and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cash receipt deposits and process customer payments; maintain AR records.
• Reconcile company deposits with customers; track timelines and communicate items to management.
• Review and process customer invoices from Sales; ensure accuracy before processing.
• Support month-end close and bookkeeping by maintaining AR journals and aging reports.
• Process vendor payments; maintain vendor records and relationships.
