Collision Care Xpress is seeking a knowledgeable Auto Damage Estimator to join our collision repair team in Daytona Beach, FL. You will assess damage, write detailed repair estimates, and guide customers and insurers through the repair process from start to finish.

The role requires 2+ years of estimator experience, proficiency in CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex, and a solid understanding of repair processes. Spanish is a plus; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an auto damage estimator or in collision repair
• Proficiency in estimating systems such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex
• Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and parts
• Experience working with insurance companies and DRP programs preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Spanish speaking is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and assess damage to determine repair needs
• Prepare accurate and thorough repair estimates using industry software
• Communicate with insurance companies to obtain approvals and supplements
• Explain repair processes, timelines, and costs to customers
• Monitor repair progress and update customers throughout the process
• Identify additional damage and write supplements as needed
• Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure efficient workflow
• Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards
• Maintain proper documentation and adhere to company procedures
