Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in title, escrow, mortgage, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Pro.
• Ability to handle confidential customer and transaction information.

Responsibilities

• Review post-closing files and recording packages for completeness and accuracy.
• Review deeds, mortgages, riders, affidavits, and related documents for signatures, notarization, vesting, and legal descriptions.
• Compare information across closing documents and systems to identify discrepancies.
• Verify recording fees, page counts, and transaction details.
• Document shortages, overages, and fee variances.
• Prepare, scan, index, and upload recording documents into repositories and workflows.
