Job summary

Dupaco Community Credit Union in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking a Business Lending Processor to provide exceptional service to business members regarding loan products and services. You will build and maintain commercial loan documents, gather supporting documentation, and ensure accuracy for loan closings.

You will manage loan files, coordinate disbursements, fees, and wires, and verify compliance with internal policies and NCUA guidelines.

Qualifications

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling loan documents.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to represent the financial institution positively.
Experience processing customer/member information with computer software and programs.
High school diploma or GED; Associate degree or relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Create, build, and maintain commercial loan documents for members’ loan closings.
Gather, verify, and prepare supporting documentation for loan files (appraisals, titles, surveys, UCC searches, etc).
File and process mail items (titles, UCCs, mortgages, insurance documents).
Maintain ownership of assigned loans across processing states (disbursements, fees, wires).
Review loan files for compliance with internal policies and NCUA guidelines.
Prepare letters and forms to business members (commitment letters, adverse action letters, guaranty letters).
