Responsibilities

• Maintain a pipeline of consumer loan files (direct and indirect).
• Review submissions for completeness and move files through lending process.
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Dealers and Members for a smooth loan experience.
• Follow up and communicate clearly to resolve escalated issues and meet deadlines.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
