Job summary

Dupaco in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Business Lending Processor to deliver quality service to business members on loan products. You will answer loan questions and help ensure accuracy and completion of commercial loans approved by the Business Lending Officers.

You’ll create, build, and maintain commercial loan documents, gather supporting documents, and manage loan files through disbursements and wires.

Qualifications

Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to represent the financial institution.
Experience processing customer/member information with computer software.
High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Create, build, and maintain commercial loan documents, verifying accuracy, for members’ loan closings.
Order and prepare supporting documentation needed for loan file (mortgage appraisals, title searches, surveys, UCC searches, pest inspections, insurance copies, verifications, etc.).
Filing and completing mail items (titles, UCCs, mortgages, life insurance).
Maintain ownership of assigned loans across processing states (disbursements, fees, wires).
Review loan files for documentation per policies and guidelines (UCCs, titles, assignments, financial statements, etc.).
Prepare letters and forms to business members (commitment letters, adverse action letters, guaranty letters).
