Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the Finance/Accounting department.
• Support month-end closing processes by ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
• Reconcile data entry reports to ensure consistency and correctness.
• Assist in processing employee expense reports and company credit card transactions.
• Follow up with employees regarding missing receipts or unusual expenses.
• Review charges for compliance with company expense policies.
• Review and audit employee timecards for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify hours worked, overtime, PTO, and employee coding.
• Communicate with managers and employees regarding timecard discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing processes by ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
• Communicate with vendors or customers as needed for clarification or documentation.
