Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or chemical industry preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency with financial systems, ERP software, and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing to ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Participate in audits and provide requested documentation.
• Maintain General Ledger by recording transactions and ensuring balance accuracy.
• Assist with Accounts Payable, Journal Entries, and Inventory Reconciliations.
• Manage fixed asset records including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation schedules.
• Other duties as assigned.
