Job summary

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, seeks a full-time Auditor to join the Accounts Receivable team.

You will handle incoming calls, audit processes, verify and classify data, and resolve discrepancies while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Candidates should have AR knowledge, Excel skills, and strong communication, with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivables.
• Previous call center experience.
• AC and Plumbing knowledge a plus but not necessary.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Detail oriented.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls.
• Audit to ensure protocol is being followed.
• Perform day to day tasks, including verifying, classifying and data entry.
