No.1 Collision Group is seeking an Accountant to support admin, accounting and HR-related tasks from our Head Office. The role collaborates with management and team members in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate financial processing and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience, familiarity with QuickBooks, strong communication, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining HR records.

Qualificações

• Bookkeeping or general accounting experience: 5+ years.
• Experience with QuickBooks is an asset.
• Able to work into deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Intermediate computer and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook & Word) skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.General HR knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with payroll preparation.
• Data entry of high volume parts and sublet invoices on a timely basis.
• Receive vendor statements and check payment status for listed, overdue invoices.
• Process payment to vendors.
• Reconcile and maintain AP account.
• Receive payment from customers.
• Note and resolve discrepancies in AR.
• Bank and credit card reconciliation.
• Month end closing of sales and purchases.
• Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and internal communications.
• Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
